  BASE6IX — v1.1.0 (free 30-day trial)
Six-module audio channel strip (VST3 + Standalone) · by Deish Media
==============================================================

Thanks for trying Base6ix! This package installs one plug-in with six
routable processing modules — HEAT (saturation), SCULPT (EQ), SWEEP
(filter), PRESS (dynamics), RELAY (delay) and SPACE (reverb) — the six
things you reach for on almost every channel, in one window.

WHAT'S IN THIS PACKAGE
----------------------
  • Base6ix-1.1.0-trial-Setup.exe The installer (run this)
  • README-FIRST.txt This file

SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS
-------------------
  • Windows 10 or 11, 64-bit
  • For the plugin: any VST3 host / DAW (Ableton Live, Reaper,
FL Studio, Cubase, Studio One, Bitwig, etc.)
  • For the standalone app: no DAW needed

HOW TO INSTALL
--------------
  1. Double-click Base6ix-1.1.0-trial-Setup.exe

  2. Windows may show a blue "Windows protected your PC" screen
because this build is not yet code-signed. This is expected.
→ Click "More info", then "Run anyway".

  3. Accept the license, then choose what to install:
        • VST3 plug-in — installs to the standard VST3 folder
(C:\Program Files\Common Files\VST3) so every DAW finds it.
You can pick a custom folder on the "VST3 Plug-in Location"
page if you keep your plug-ins elsewhere.
        • Standalone app (optional) — tick "Also install the
standalone app" to get a desktop app that needs no DAW.

  4. Finish. Done.

USING IT IN YOUR DAW
--------------------
  1. Rescan / refresh your plug-in list (most DAWs do this on launch).
  2. Add "Base6ix" to a track — it appears under Fx, manufacturer
     "Deish Media".
  3. Unlike an analyzer, Base6ix DOES change your sound — that is the
point. Each of the six modules is off by default at the factory
"Init" preset, so inserting the plug-in changes nothing until you
     turn one on.

USING THE STANDALONE APP
------------------------
  • Launch "Base6ix" from the Start menu.
  • It processes your PC's selected audio input device — pick one in
its audio settings the first time you launch it.
  • Tip: click MINI (top-right) for a thin strip pinned to the top of
your screen; click FULL to return.

GOOD TO KNOW
------------
  • Free trial runs 30 days, then mutes audio until you activate a
license. Buy one at deishmedia.com, then activate in-app:
    gear (top-right) > License > Activate.
  • The route bar across the top shows the six modules in signal
order — drag a chip to reorder the chain.
  • Factory presets, macros and A/B are all in the gear pop-out and
the bottom bar; settings live behind the gear icon (top-right).

UNINSTALL
---------
  Settings > Apps > Installed apps > "Base6ix" > Uninstall.
